We have a hypothesis…
that Internal Family Systems, as a therapeutic model that uses parts work,
can be connected to the conceptual parts and placements in astrological interpretations
and that connecting these two practices can create deeper understanding of our inner worlds,
so that we can live more fully and freely in the external world.

KP Kaszubowski is an inquisitive poet, filmmaker, and astrologer crafting the imaginative into words above and below the surface seeking ways to fully love herself and others.
We believe healing is relational and that means honoring both the many voices within us and the larger patterns we move through. Using the language of astrology and the framework of IFS, we explore how we can meet our inner parts with compassion and curiosity.
